I offer a complimentary 15 minute consultation to see whether you feel that I am the right Therapist for you, it is hugely important for talking therapy/counselling to work that you feel you are talking to the right person for you.
This consultation can take place on the phone, Whatsapp video call, Zoom, Teams or face to face in person, this is all about "you" so whatever makes you most comfortable.
