Hi,
A little about me, for the past 20 years I have been involved in wellbeing. Often your own life experience's including having therapy, guide you to a position within the talking therapy environment & I guess that is where my journey began.
I am always inspired by people's strength, this is often a strength we do not even realise we have until we have no choice. I am forever in awe of those, who despite having so many obstacles thrown in their path, make it through the other side.
Many of my clients have been through grief or trauma, have low self esteem or low confidence & are struggling with anxiety or life stress, alongside this I also have clients who experience problems with their sleep pattern, Insomnia or just have general poor sleeping habits.
Talking therapy/counselling is a wonderful tool to help with healing after bereavement and during the grieving process, one that I found incredibly valuable myself after loss, often loss and grief is one of the hardest experiences many of us will ever encounter during our life time.
I have been incredibly lucky to Work with people from all different walks of life and of all ages, one thing that my work and my own life has really shown me is that each one of us is the sum of our experiences, the secret is discovering how those experiences all interrelate and how we can get the best out of them or how we get past them.
Talking therapy / counselling is a great first step.
The first step in therapy is talking. Let's find a time where we can meet & talk about what's on your mind and where you want your journey to take you.
